  • A Kongouka-Bosatsu (the Buddhist saint of songs and dances) for Saizoin Temple in Katori-City, Chiba Pref.

  • A Mizunami Hannya-Butsumo (Japanese divinity embodying the perfected divine wisdom) for Iouzan Fukurakuji Temple, Yamaguchi Pref.

  • A Jizou Bosatsu (the Buddhist Bodhisattva, or enlightened being, characterized by its great compassion to save the damned) for Kayadasan Kannonin Choufukuji Temple, Chiba Pref.

  • A Mizunami Hannya Butsumo Iouzan Fukurakuji Temple, Yamaguchi Pref.

  • A Kousouzou (the statue of a Buddhist high priest) for Saishouji Temple, Tsu City, Mie Pref.

  • A Jizou-Bosatsu for Kouenji Temple, Tokyo


I craft and deliver more than 20 pieces of Buddharupas per year on commission from temples and individual clients across the nation.


My craftsmanship has thankfully been recognized internationally and today I even receive orders other than Buddha statues.
